Dr Will delivered 2 of my babies at Lansing General 27 yrs ago (unbeknownst to me, there was no Emergency dept nor neonatal care unit if problems arose during delivery). He was also our family care practitioner- where we waited well over an hour to be seen for our scheduled appointments. Imagine trying to control infants, toddlers and young children for well over an hour every visit. We left the practice. But most concerning was Dr Will's advice to my husband and I that our children didn't need milk after weaning from breast... read more
I have been going to Dr. William H. Page-Echols for many years; he takes the time to discuss my concerns, and encourages a healthy body, mind, and lifestyle through proper nutrition, exercise, and meditation. This practice offers many classes and other services, which assures me of their commitment to the whole person. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to be involved in controlling their own healthy lifestyle.
His knowledge of how to help the bodies ability to heal is extensive! He loves helping people healing via science, environmental, and nutrition
Consistantly, the staff do not fill prescription orders and blame it on the pharmacy. They forget to make referrals for specialist appointments and when called to remind them to make the referral they are rude and condescending. I Dr. Will is a wonderful person and physician, but his administrative is sorely lacking.
Staff is unfriendly, overbooks the doctor with appointments, asks patients to arrive 20 minutes early then you don't see the doctor for 1.5-2 hours, and consistently screws up prescription orders (as in over and over again). Doctor should tell his staff to stop overbooking, pay more attention to the information that patients give them, and follow his directions for where/what prescriptions to take care of. After an illness a couple of years ago, the doctor no longer sees sick patients!
Staff is terrible, messes up prescriptions every time they need to be refilled.
