I recently switched our children's pediatrician to Dr. Black after our previous doctor left the location. As a parent, I have my own concerns and feelings when it comes to my children's health. However, during my visit with Dr. Black, he made a judgmental remark about my concerns, which left me feeling upset and angry. It was the first time in 13 years of raising two children that I cried due to anger. Unfortunately, he was not a good fit for our family.
Long waiting time, rude office staff and not the best pediatric servise. Also if they have 45 min delay then their policy is not to inform you in advance but you need to wait there instead for hours!!! Save yourself triable and time and find a more professional practice!!!
