Not bad if you need a quick visit. They do listen to your concerns and try their best to help out if not recommend you to a specialist
Everytime I went the receptionist and nurses were rude.
Ridiculous. Since the takeover the service has been TERRIBLE. Referrals and appointments for doctors and places when they are not discussed or needed. Absolutely insane. Do not go here. Dr. Chin would be appalled if he knew this is how his patients were being treated. Also, I have yet to see a REAL doctor in this place..only a very sleepy and inattentive nurse practioner who always seems to ask how you got sick or why you're feeling that way. Sometimes you go in for a hurt ankle and unknowingly
This place is horrible the staff there is so rude and unprofessional they never have a place for walk ins so if your sick you have to wait a whole month for an appt and when you finally get seen for your appt there like what's the reason for your visit I was sick a month ago so I made an appt to see you and now am here but thanks for helping with my sickness a month later I just hate everything about this place that why am looking else where for a doctor and if I was you I'd be doing the same.
