Dr. Frames is a real professional with a great sense of patient courtesy. He is upbeat and encouraging. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the surgery results in the care I’ve had since then.
The worst place I have been to with my mother, staff is very Rude and pushy. Doc Frames was also rude and no help at all. No one is friendly. Don't you think writing your name on the front of a page is good enough then also having to write it on the back when you are an elderly person. Big waste of time. Not elderly compassionate!!! After I got my mom home from This doctor my mom cried her eyes out and said 'she wished she could just die.' In his office he twisted her leg so bad she screamed. I am a snowbird from Florida who works seasonally for a 5 star physical therapist. You can imagine the care I took in researching and finding an orthopedic surgeon for my left knee replacement. I hold Dr William Frames in highest regard for the care I received. My scar is minimal and at 5 weeks out I have almost full flex of my knee and i am walking without a cane.
