I went to see Dr Bird as an adult because my dentist identified that my teeth were crowding in and affecting my bite. I’m so happy with the results! Throughout the process his team is really upfront about timing and process. They were always on time for appointments and seem to run the office like a well-oiled machine. They are deceptive with pricing. Phase 1 expansion was $4600. Then two years later they are asking for $5600. If we knew going into the process it would be $11,000 we would have went elsewhere. Now we are half way through and stuck having to pay this. They were very deceptive about the cost. I would not recommend.
Told us our daughter needed to have her mouth expanded before she lost her baby teeth. So we did that and laid the cost for braces. Never expanded her mouth never tightened anything ever just put phase 1 braces on. We know this as our other children had an expander/spacer and completely different. Had braces put on again after her permanent teeth came in and after removal her 2 front teeth are not aligned the left one further out than the right. His response to her ohh you can’t tell.
