An absolutely incredible doctor! So knowledgeable and so kind. AMAZING!
Dr. William Elmasri is the best specialist. He is very knowledgeable, professional, caring and kind. Last year my sister wasn’t able to hear, but after he checked her and wash her ears in the same day right away she started to have sharp hearing, then kindly he accepted me and my husband, done the audio test, examined us and helped us. It has been less than a week since my deviated septum surgery, and I am amazed. Thanks to Dr. El Masri, it looks like nothing even happened—there is almost no swelling! God bless his hands. This was my third attempt at scheduling this surgery, but I canceled the previous times because I was so scared. After meeting him, he gave me the confidence I needed to move forward. Dr. El Masri is a great doctor, but his admin staff needs serious help. Overbooking is unfair to patients and depicts greed.. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes in a crowded office space for a brief(10 mins) visit. Also, I left a phone message in order to ensure I had the correct address..it was not returned., this should be put on their outgoing message..I live approx 1-2 hours away. I have read all of the reviews, good but (mostly bad), and see that they are never addressed.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would! Waited for two hours, TWO HOURS to see Dr. Masri! Overbooked, unprofessional, no respect for patients time!!!!
