Refused to help even with refural
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Zwack at Mid-Maryland. Not only is he very skilled at what he does, he is also kind, considerate, and a very good listener, especially if there is any dental anxiety at all. I have worked with him with through several dental surgeries and have never been in any discomfort at all - he makes sure of that. This was the 2nd surgeon I was referred to and quite honestly, should have been the first. He's gentle, kind, and explains everything. Most importantly patiently answered all of my questions. His office staff are professional and organized and his prep staff are organized as well. Overall, this office gives a feeling of safety and they know what they're doing.
Dr Zwack took care of my child's wisdom teeth (extractions). She had almost no pain and a quick recovery afterwards, he must've done a great job. The staff was also very nice. They even assisted her to the car by wheelchair after the surgery. Overall, couldn't have gone any better. Highly recommend
Had my wisdom teeth removed over a month ago. Had a great experience! Dr. Zwack is very and professional. I almost felt 100% a day later! Glad I was sent there for the procedure.
