Have seen Dr Owens and his nurse practitioner 2x and they have yet to introduce themselves. Office staff inattentive and rude. Both visits we did not feel they had reviewed diagnostics prior to coming into the room. Stumbled through the record, asking questions that I am there for them to answer. Didn't have opportunity to ask questions express concerns. Will find another practitioner.

they are not neurosurgeons so cannot do nerve blocks but do not tell you that up front and waste your time with unnecessary trips (and co-pays) . then you end up having to go to another dr anyway
