Impossible to schedule with this office!! I have never been able to get anyone on the phone to help me. Staff is alright when you get there, but you can never get there!!

They weren't very caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency.
