This clinic needs improvement or consideration of closure in Glendora. My husband was referred to Dr. Discepolo for cardiology services, and upon arrival well before his scheduled appointment time to complete paperwork, he contacted me to report the clinic was severely overcrowded with patients relocating chairs from the waiting room to outside. They never answer their phone no matter how many times you call ridiculous. Doctors great staff is trash tho. Hire new staff honestly.
Your Front office does a horrible job at answering phones I'm been put on hold for 43 min, just to make an appt. Which they never answered. I've been trying to make an appt for 2 days now, I hope your front office isnt a reflection off your service.
I called to make an appointment and got hung up on twice third time I got put on hold for 15min worse customer service for a doctors office
