Don't be fooled by the good reviews!!! UPDATE 1/25/24 After six weeks of no response or attempts to rectify the damage they caused, Robin, the office manager called today. In short, she threw the front desk receptionist under the bus who simply relayed the message about the additional cost, and told us that the receptionist gave us "misinformation". I can’t begin to explain how amazing this experience has been for me. I have been wearing a hat for 20 plus years. Dr Yates and Robin took such good care of me, made me feel 100% comfortable and stress free throughout the entire process. 4 months later my hair has significantly changed and i look forward to seeing even more growth over these next few months. No words could truly show the gratitude I feel for this whole experience
Dr. Yates and his team are the absolute best! For 20 years I lived without eyebrows and wasn’t happy with the unrealistic look of drawing them in or micro-blading. Within a few hours, Dr. Yates and his team performed an eyebrow transplant, and within 1 year I couldn’t be happier with the results! Thank you Dr. Yates and team!!!

I’ve been going here since 2019. This is an awesome place, highly recommended. Every time I visit, I’m left with an elevated experience! All types of services, a great staff with a family vibe. Dr. Yates is a wonderful doctor and really cool guy. I’ve brought friends here for lip filler, Botox, and other aesthetic procedures and they were very satisfied.
