Finally found a dentist I trust. Titus doesn't over charge and takes a conservative route to problems instead of going overboard to line his pockets. So happy we found Dr. Titus!
Voted "Best of the Best Dentist" for Nassau county again this year... must be something great about that place! =) Been a patient for years, even before Dr Titus was in Callahan. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Staff has been there for years and that shows a lot about an employer. Staff is friendly, professional, and always makes the visit smooth. Office manager, Juanita, is very informative and will explain your insurance to you better than the person who sold it to you. #1 office all the way around.
Dr. Titus is a good dentist, but his front office staff needs a broom to ride. She is very arrogant, won't file your insurance, and then threatens to send you to collections. She would not give me the information so I could file the insurance myself. She has the personality of a rock.
Superb hygienist! I'm usually very sore after a regular cleaning but here. She does a very thorough job without torturing her patients.
Dr. Titus is friendly and personable. You don't find that in a lot of Doctors these days.
He was a good dentist regarding the crown he put on my molar. But a crown on my front tooth did not last five years. I have had a crown on my front tooth by another dentist for 20 years. Was extremely disappointed with the crown that was put on my front tooth by Dr. Titus. Looking back it was his staff who put the tooth on. I would be very careful if I was you. Would only let the doctor put crowns on.
