Cant say for the doctor but definitely needs new staff. I tried to for a week to make appointment in person and multiple phone calls and voicemails . Not sure why I was referred here if they do not even bother to get back to new patients.
Excellent experience with Dr. Schaefer's staff and they took care of my lateral epicondylitis with and injection that got me out of pain for quite some time. I've also seen Dr. Schaefer working in surgery and he is quite experienced and skilled, additionally he makes sure his technique used is focused on the patient safety and wellbeing.
Horrible service been there 4 times in 6 weeks and i still gave the same problem. no-one should have to suffer like this. Does anyone have any empathy anymore
