Dr. Irvine gave my boyfriends 8 year old Son the Covid shot without permission! Even after knowing we did not approve of the shot because he was pushing me to get it months prior. He also would not write a Disability Note for me that I needed for my insurance due to a truck rollover accident. He played dumb and wrote me a return to work letter that did not help me with my insurance at all. I'm working with another doctor to supply the note now. He knew what I needed.
