Dr. Feltner and his staff were extremely professional, on time, and most importantly helpful and compassionate in regards to my health needs. My high blood pressure and thyroid issues have been out of control and my health was suffering. I am so lucky to have found Dr. Feltner. He has turned my life around and has my health and life back on track!! Thank you!!
It wasn't necessarily the staff, but it was Dr. Feltner himself. Just like any other doctor I've seen in the past, they speak down to you. The amount of personal arrogance he has is obvious and I wondered if he was listening to me or cared about anything that I said. I don't recommend to anyone seeking professional advice.
Great experience all around. Office staff is very friendly. Very helpful in diagnosing my problems and explaining where I could understand. Actually look forward to going back!
Not a good experience. Doctor discounts everything mentioned. Answers concerns with "I don't know". Very degrading and expresses no care or concern, but willingly accepts payment.Visit is very rushed. Patients are told to call back and follow up; shouldn't the staff follow up with their patients?
During my visit I felt that I was treated horribly.I would NEVER recommend this doctor to my family and friends.I felt this visit was a complete waste of time and money.Overall I would rate this visit : AWFUL!
