This man is very very rude, if he speaks to people like did to me he should be reported as I have done, not a nice man is all I can say,so all grievances aside Dr Carrol am I going to get a follow up app on my legs and feet that only has pain and Frozen feet as I call it, I have suffered this for 6 years, both legs and feet are numb and painful so I really hope you can change your attitude to me can be changed and hopefully get a follow up app to try and help me thru this problem I have and not to be told I Don't have theses... read more
Today I contacted Dr Carroll’s office regarding an appt & I was helped by Tara. It was nerve racking enough having to deal with this so having someone who is kind, caring & patient, was amazing! Thank you for putting my mind at ease & for your kindness. It’s always appreciated. I look forward to attending my appointment.
The most appalling doctor I have ever met. He is disrespectful, and downright rude. He treats his patients like they are idiots, when it turns out he is the one that doesn't actually know the facts. Tells you that the symptoms you're describing aren't actually true...I do not understand how someone can be so arrogant and still have a job.

Bill treated my brother over many years for refractory epilepsy! We found him amazing. Such a caring doctor with a great sense of humour! Unfortunately he supported a terrible AFL team (Melbourne). He was very professional and yes, to the point with diagnosis and treatment. A great doctor!!
