Great doctor that needs to open up his own practice because UGWNE staff is failing you.
Horrible!!! Dr. Very very Rude. Office Mgr. Rude. Patient care not a priority. Vile and Money hungry. Refused to help even though referred. Was told from Dr. Via office manager "this is not a clinic" after driving an hour and waiting 40 minutes was turned away and not seen. Very rude ppl. I would give no stars If I could. Awful place!!!!
Dr. Tran was almost an hour late for my appointment, and then I feel like he was rather dismissive of my questions.
Amazing doctor. Brilliant, skilled, and has the best communication skills of any surgeon I’ve worked with as a patient or a loved one. He operated on my husband and the surgery went beautifully. His post-surgical update was delivered with care, compassion, and clarity. At the end of the conversation/update, I had no questions. My husband has to have regular, long term follow-up and will definitely be going to Dr. Tran for this. The Valley is lucky to have this doctor.
