Apptmt was for 20mos old granddaughter, gave us a quick apptmt didn’t have to wait, staff was kind, Dr seemed to rush the appmt a bit, didn’t explain anything until I asked,at first when he finished he just said “we are here if you need us.” So I asked what were your findings... I tried to Give him some pertinent info early on during the exam and he put his finger up and asked if I could wait and let him do his exam first. We love Dr Seefeld. He has been nothing but amazing to us. Very kind and friendly.
My son was referred to Dr Seefeld when he was 13 months for severe visual impairment and strabismus. This Doctor has no bedside manner. His staff is incredibly rude. Scheduling is practically impossible since they NEVER answer the phone nor do they call back when you leave a message. When we were told he needed surgery we switched to Boston (Dr. Linda Dagi) and have never regretted that decision. About a year ago we decided to give Seefeld another shot for routine eye exams. Bad experience. Rude personnel. Rescheduling was a nightmare. After missing an apt. scheduled without my consent, I received multiple rude voicemails from secretary, yet no one ever answers the phone during business hours, no automated keypad option for rescheduling, voicemail actually says "don't leave a message"! Dr. Seefeld is bossy, insensitive, and rushed. Outdated facility. Terrible location. Only game in town for premie eye care. Go to Boston or NY instead...avoid this practice if you can
I have always had good experiences with Dr. Seefeld. I have been seeing him for 20 years now. He is professional, skilled, and nice.
