Place is a joke . They cancelled two appointments without contacting me . Now I’m here for an 8:45 appointment waiting for 1/2 hr and haven’t even been checked in . I don’t see one person here showing competency
Was in a motorcycle accident and referred here because of injuries. LESS THAN 24HRS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT they called me and cancelled because they did not take patients who were treated at Mid Hudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie, NY. ??!!!??? Huh??? Is that what doctors do??? Also, I was brought there via ambulance, I had zero choice in where I ended up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! My wife had an MRI and a week later they still didn't have the result. They prescribed her a pain medicine that didn't work and after over 18 calls in a period of 3 days they finally called her back telling her to double the medicine, which still didn't work. It is a disgrace that a person has to endure pain because no one at the Orthopedic Associates has the decency to return phone calls to advise a patient what to do. Gave one star in order to be able to submit the review. They deserve no stars... read more
