This is a verbally abusive man who abuses his staff as well as surgical staff. I have witnessed this as a patient, and as a retired X-Ray tech I also know how belittling it feels when it was directed at me. I called Kim out in front of his staff on his abusive behavior and his staff reacted by battering me pushing me hard against the counter and walls causing abrasions.
