I’m not sure why Dr. Hamilton has poor reviews with no explanation but I’ll speak to my experience with him. I was referred to him with debilitating tailbone pain. Other doctors had written it off and given me some anti-inflammatory meds. Dr. Hamilton was the first doctor in 4 years that really listened to my concerns and understood that we needed a different approach. He gave me a steroid injection directly into my tailbone.
