The hygienist refused to clean my teeth due to my needing a 1000 cleaning that my insurance wouldn't pay. I've had these issues in the past and I've always had my teeth cleaned. Very unprofessional and rude as it is their policy to have the billng lady tell me what work needs to be done.
Dr. Gray is the best dentist I have known
Dr. Gray is attentive, professional, very experienced and always helpful. I've been a patient in his capable hands for 20 years. I don't recall even one visit when I was not helped or disappointed. He always weighs his options most carefully, and does only what is the best for the patient.
Outstanding in very way. Never hurts. I think he can do anything u need done. 5 stars
