I can't say enough good things about Dr. Burgess. I have been going to Dr. Burgess for a while now and I have never had a negative experience with him or the staff. He is very caring and always listens (and hears) what my questions, concerns or complaints are. I have recently dealt with some health concerns and Dr. Burgess and his staff did everything they could to connect me with the right doctors as quickly as possible. Dr. Burgess is always the commutate professional. He has been my doctor for 30+ years. I cannot imagine another PCP as kind any through as he is. His wide-ranging knowledge of medicine is truly amazing. I highly recommend him and First Physicians practice as having the best doctors and personnel in Matthews NC.
