I had an excellent cleaning with Christy. My teeth felt incredible. She has a great personality, and easy to talk to. I want all my future cleanings with her !
I had a billing issue on my first visit after Dr Weakland's office changed over to Alpine Dental. The receptionist spent the better part of her day on the phone with my insurance companies sorting through the error that had been made to get to the bottom of it. The service level was above and beyond. The whole day she corresponded with me to tell me what steps had been taken and progress made and in the end Met Life had made the error and billed me at the wrong coverage rate.
