Never in my life have I met a doctor who was as cruel and heartless towards a pediatric pain patient as Dr. Bernal was. Never in my life.
He was a godsend for our family. Very straightforward and compassionate. Has a great rapport with kids and teenagers.
My son has juvenile arthritis. Ha has been nothing but great with us. He is very professional, always well mannered and a good sense of humor. Since my son started seeing him, my son has improved vastly and has finally been able to have a normal childhood. I am forever grateful.
My son is 13 and ever since we started seeing dr bernal, he has looked forward to our visits. He is straight forward and honest and has our best interest in mind. I love how he shows compassion yet is professional he gets right to the point and doesn't waste our time. He makes our experience here in san fran amazing.
