Dr Baird and his nurse Brian Jones were rude and had the worst bedside manor I have ever came across. I told the doctor that his nurse treated me with upmost disrespect and he smirked and uncaringly and spitefully said they were very busy and the questions the nurse asked weren't that hard to answer.
