Very long waiting time, clinic nurse and front desk staff are not friendly either. Hours in the waiting room and then, hours in the examination room room for the doc to show up. Sorry, they need to hire younger and fast working docs. Very disappointed. Won’t recommend this urgent care for any real issues that need faster relief. Go to any other urgent care if you are in pain.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a sorry excuse for a medical group. Dr Holmes is a thorough turtle and often skips over patients to see others who weren't waiting 2 hours already. The earliest appointment still gets seen late
Older patients require more time to review simply because they usually have more health issues than younger patients. Dr. Holmes knows this so he takes the time to properly evaluate them. Would patients rather their doctor push them through like sheep herders?
I love Dr Holmes been seeing him for years he is the best. Unfortunately the staff at this office sucks. Takes them forever to do anything. Wait time is about 3 hrs in waiting room and another 1/2 hr in room. Also about 2 months to get and appt when you call in no matter how urgent it is. Medical assistant always makes mistakes and never get my information correct. What happened to Melba?
