Dr Tierney is excellent at explaining information in a way that makes sense and he has that old school bedside manner that is respectful but still very up front. He has honest opinions and advice and delivers them kindly. A wonderful experience in a very bad situation, he saved my life like a true hero should. I have so much respect for him and his team.
I can not rate Dr. Tierney high enough! Frankly, he saved my life. He performed a triple A and renal stenting (two different operations). He is attentive and explains your conditions and procedures very well.

Dr. Tierney is an excellent Vascular surgeon who saved my life. Met with him on a Wednesday and he was performing emergency, life saving surgery Friday morning. Very knowledgeable, confident and skilled Vascular surgeon who shoots from the hip and tells it like it is. My situation was so dire that he told me that I should have been dead. Not sure if most people can deal with this type of diagnosis but I appreciated him telling it like it is. Personally, this is exactly the type physician I want
