Very understanding, great bed-side manner, listens,excellent time management due to his efficient staff.
His "helpfulness" varies: sometimes attentive and listens to me; other times seems to discount my participation totally (after a test, he sent word that he was prescribing medication w/o discussing with me); sometimes seems to discount well patients who come in for routine check-ups (I get a "why are your here?" feeling).
