Dr. Lilia (first names are used, since there are about 5 "Dr. Shaeffer"s in the office) was wonderful. I've never had a more satisfying dental experience. The entire office is decorated with antique-looking furniture, very eclectic while remaining very tasteful. Dr. Lilia has great "chair-side" manners, at once being very personable and professional. All the Dr. Shaeffer dentists are the best. They have taken care of our family for years. My sister had her implant done and I had veneers. We are both very happy. The whole family are dentists, a total of eight I think. That always amazes me. I've met 5 of them and they were all great. I would never go to another dentist.
This is a family owned and operated business. These guys are absolutely wonderful people! Their staff is very friendly, professional, and have always provided me with the most concern of being comfortable when I come in for visits. They are always very open and honest about what services are needed for your teeth. I have always honestly felt that they offer any recommendations for my teeth to be in my best interest instead of what would be more profitable for them. Ms. Shaeffer is a great dentist, I had her through my old insurance and wish I could go back. She's great for cowards if you don't like having dental work done. It was kind of expensive, but then again that's probably my insurance's fault!
