Dr. Dean is extremely thorough. He is willing to take as time as is necessary to fully hear a patient, and he will not abandon a patient. Unlike some many doctors, he is creative and relentlessly resourceful. This is why he's been my PCP for nearly 20 years.
Dr. Dean is a professional and does a good job listening before making a recommendation or diagnosis. I was very happy with his approach and will be back.
