Dr. Lao is our family pediatrician and he is amazing! The clinic was great, all the staff and nurses are very caring.
Dr. Lao was my pediatrician and now I bring my son to see him as well. My son always feels so welcomed whenever we go

I have a huge complaint about your front desk staff, the 1st appointment I have ever made for my daughter they told me to come in and the appointment was never made, on Monday I came in and the front desk informed me I can come in this Saturday for a flu shot for my daughter's daycare, and today Saturday I came in at 9:30am and no one was there and no appointment was made for this Saturday this is very highly unprofessional due to me having to work 6days a week I do not appreciate your staffs unprofessionality.
