My dearest doctor Levine,i should've done this a loong ttiime ago...You are such a wonderful human being and your professional knowledge and help you provided for me made me healthy and happy for so many years that came by...my stage 3 cancer was cured and I got to see my two beautiful grandkids as a reword.
