This office does not value patients time. They have the nerve to tell patients about their late policy but what about when I'm on time and I still have to wait over an hour to see the doctor? What's the point of having a n appointment time if I'm going to do is sit and wait for over an hour. I don't know why doctors think our time is not valuable.
