My child started seeing Dr Gideon around 2 years of age, she is now 11. Her staff is consistently helpful and kind. When your child is with Dr. Gideon you can tell she really cares.
I’ve been taking my kids to Helotes Pediatrics since 2017 under the care of Dr.Gideon. We have never had a bad experience with them. Dr. Gideon has the best bed side manner. I never feel rushed and always feel like I am being listened to. She is very thorough and knows my kids well. We love Barbara as well and the front desk staff is always helpful and very prompt to return phone calls, etc.
I’ve been bringing my daughter to helotes pediatrics for over 6 years seeing Dr. Laura Tamayo. Dr. Tamayo retired last year so I continued taking my daughter to helotes pediatrics. Dr. Gideon was now the primary doctor to replace Dr. Tamayo. The customer service has since diminished and I no longer feel that the same patient care that Dr. Tamayo exemplified.
