The front staff doesn't know how to be polite- first thing that was said to me with an attitude after walking in 'Do you have an appointment?' Took my information, then made me re-provide to another individual responsible for checking me in. Made the appointment to see Dr. McDaniel, I was then informed on my app reminder that they set it up with the PA. We just moved to Springtown and we’re looking for a good position we thought we had found one at the Springtown family health clinic unfortunately we were wrong. The staff is unprofessional and cancels your appointment the day before the appointment not caring if you took an off work or not. They act like they are busy all the time but when I went there was no one in the waiting area. RecommendedI have been very pleased with Dr. McDaniel. He has been through with details. Have been through the long list of other doctors and healthcare is confused the past 10 years so to find a through doctor vs. just pushing you a script makes a difference.

Dr. McDaniel is very thorough and takes the time to really listen to you. Additionally his staff is amazing and friendly.
Dr McDaniel had his mind made up before he even came in to talk to me and told me that it's not a medical issue. He did not listen to my complaints and what I have tried and what worked and what didn't. Plus I was told that my bloodwork was normal and it wasn't. I finally found a different doctor that listened and have been diagnosed with several medical problems and now that I am being medicated, I feel more like myself again. No complaints about the staff at all, they are all very nice!
My wife and I both became ill over the weekend. We called at 8:00 A.M. and Dr. McDaniel and his staff had us in the exam room by 10:00 A.M. This was my first visit with them and our experience was excellent to say the least. Turned out we had the flu. Dr. McDaniel was very thorough and informative and the staff was great
Just moved to springtown last yr. Been in need of a regular doctor. As I am 40 this yr. Dr McDaniel seams as good or better than most I've saw in the past. He listens well. Takes time with you. Don't make you feel rushed. Great nursing staff. Gives you personal feeling that you love in a small town. So far so good.
Very caring doctor. Really listens to you. Very helpful. Great staff. Easy to schedule appts. Very little wait time.
