Nice doctor, but rude and incompetent office staff
I met Zhong one time, however, I could never get into her again when she was at this address. I could never get a message to her. Her assistant never once answered the phone. It was so frustrating that I was switching Drs. when the insurance time came up, but then Zhong was no longer there according to the impersonal letter I received from the practice at this address who tried to push me off to one of their other physicians.
