From the receptionist MaryBeth to hygienists plus Dr Wen Lu herself is a so accommodating.. the atmosphere is zen like feeling... I recommend them to my son, and he said he’s more subtle there...

I drive over 100 miles one way from WI to see Dr. Lu. I am so HAPPY I chose Arden for my full mouth dental implants!! Dr. Lu has 20 years experience with implants and the most incredible technology. She takes the time to listen and explain everything in layman’s terms, and no pressure. She is very gentle and caring with seniors like me. Her assts. are also dentists. Plus no running around between doctors and offices - everything done with Dr. Lu in 1 beautiful office. I highly recommend Arden.

When I moved to United States I didn’t know where to get Dental treatment due to bad experiences. I went and saw Dr Lu for an emergency. It was great that they took me right away. Very thankful! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I am greatful as well that they introduced me to their Smile Club it helps a lot specially with people with no insurance like me. I even sign up for my whole family. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but good things to say about this dental office. To begin, the spa like setting makes you calm and relaxed. Dr. Lu is very down to earth and she explains everything thoroughly. The staff from front to back are wonderful and very helpful. All the equipment is high end and is super clean. Great experience!

I always had crowded teeth. Dr lu went over Clear correct to straighten my teeth, she explained to me thoroughly . I had a few bad experiences at the dentist in my life and i was bit nervous. I was comforted by Jennie, She took my impressions and i didn't gag. Every step i was guided by Dr Lu and even though i wanted to move ahead faster but Dr Lu was always there for my well being and guided me not to move faster in my treatment due to root resorption. Its been 4 months and I am loving my teeth

I went to Dr. Lu due to the review on this website. I was able to get an appt right away, but it went downhill after that. I asked the office to request my patient history and called 3 times before the appt to confirm they had it. They assured me they had and when I arrived they hadn't even contacted my previous dentist. Furthermore they assured me they were in-network and when the doctor reviewed a quote with me, she said she wasn't in network for my insurance.
