Dr Seto is professional, informative, warm and friendly. His gentle approach has made doctor visits stress-free for my kids.
Incredibly thorough paediatrician. We’ve never had trouble getting timely appointments. We have highly recommended Dr Seto to all our friends. Edit: His new receptionist Tina is really frustrating to deal with, doesn’t do Medicare claims properly, when you point out a mistake she blames Dr Seto, she doesn’t file or pass on things I email ahead of appointments, doesn’t answer the phone half of the time, and when she does there is loud radio playing while you speak to her.
