Best customer service I've encountered! Caitlin was heaven sent! We had a bit of an emergency that no other office was willing to help with. We walked in to be greeted with a smile and an eagerness to help. We purchased our glasses from out of state making it extremely difficult to fix via manufacturer's warranty. Not only did Caitlin and the staff take the lead and put our worries to rest, they quickly went above and beyond to set us up with temporary glasses, that itself was everything!
