After 5 years of treatment our daughter has been left with a crooked midline and a tooth that they were trying to salvage from a baby tooth but learned from our dentist that most of the root was already gone. Had I known past history I would not have chosen this office. We have transferred to another ortho office in Spfld. My advice...pay the extra and go with a more up to date/reputable/suitable othodontist.

Was suppose to be in treatment for 2 years. Was in treatment for 5 years. Requested removal. Does not pay attention to patient. Patient overload and disorganized staff creates multiple errors. Wisdom teeth could follow at later age, be self prepared as they will not tell you. Acrylic retainer is better option for this possibility.

Poor service - another orthodontist gave estimate of my child wearing braces for minor adjustments needed of 18 months or less. We went with Dr Allai and my child had braces on for 40 months until we had to say- TAKE THEM OFF!!! For the drive over an hour away the price was too high for the service and length of time to half way do the job! Very unhappy! ????

He did a good job overall with my son's teeth but we spent a lot of time in his wating room. He was way overbooked at about 80% of the appointments we had. He can also be kind of moody. His staff is very friendly.
