This dental office is THE BEST! All of the staff are friendly, helpful and very skilled. Shelby is the BEST hygienist I've ever had! I recommend them without hesitation!
This practice is the BEST! Dr.Shim is friendly, attentive and does excellent work. All the staff are incredibly warm & friendly and really go out of their way to help. A recent example: My husband has Parkinson's disease and cannot walk independently. When we arrived we called the office and they immediately brought down a wheel chair. They went out of their way to schedule us for a cleaning, both at the same time, to save us trips. Dr. Shim and his team (I was helped by Anita and Marie) are all top notch, warm, attentive to details and make you feel at ease. The office is state of the art, clean and the staff are approachable and non-judgmental and educate you along the way- which is key for folks scared of seeing the dentist or fearing the worst. Dr. Shim is gracious, thorough and dedicated. Highly recommend!
FYI. I start to get anxiety 2 weeks before every appt. And every time I leave I am so happy that they took such great care of me. NO PAIN. Just wish I could get rid if my pre appointment jitters. Just go. The entire staff, they are just amazing. So so kind.
