Even if the doctor is good at his receptionist is trash. He professionalism is very poor. I had some glasses that I lost and I have found them underneath my couch. It had green gunk on them. I tried to get most of it off. Anyway I wanted to replace the frames. So she finds the frames and tries to remove the lenses. Amazing service! While on a trip to Clearlake, I damaged my contact lens and didn’t have my glasses. I found this optometry office on Google and decided to try my luck since I had a photo of my prescription. The receptionist was super friendly and helpful—she even gave me daily lenses for free, which was exactly what I needed! I’m so grateful for the kindness and great service. Highly recommend ♥️
I had a wonderful and pleasant experience both times that I have came there. The doctors assistant that I have worked with two times now Cindy Was the most pleasant person she was absolutely funny and charming to talk to and very, very helpful. She went above and beyond. The doctors office is lucky to have her around
Dr Ogata assistant Cindy is the rudest person in this office. She was very rude and didn’t assist me in any way. She hung the phone up in my face. Not a good look for the doctor who was great.
I was pleasantly surprised when I saw Dr. Ogata. I didn’t have high expectations being that I’ve had nothing but problems with the AH Clearlake location, but he was so nice! I definitely recommend him.
