Great Doctor and Great Staff. Super friendly and personable. I was very worried about having eye injections and they put me right at ease. I wish all Doctor's offices operated this way!!
Dr. Watson gives good care. The office management is HORRIBLE!!!!! This is the 3rd time my appointment was changed without notifying me. I live 45 minutes away. One of my family members takes off work to bring me because they dilate my eyes. In the past I got automated calls. I would let them know this was not the agreed appointment from the month prior. Dr. Watson and his staff are kind, considerate, and highly knowledgeable. There was little to no wait time. They took me right in and provided excellent care. You will be in good hands with Dr. Watson and his staff!
I am a new patient. I came in with floaters after being referred by my eye doc. Coming into this office, you are greeted by Sherry, and made to feel that your situation matters. This feeling continues when Dr. Watson comes in. Doc is obviously professional but the first thing that stands out is he listens-carefully, and makes certain you have the time to express your situation and concerns.
