Agree that the wait was longer than expected for my first visit. However, everyone I spoke to, including Mary Jane and Dr. Waterhouse were very kind, attentive and concerned about my issues and how to resolve them. I would highly recommend Dr. Waterhouse to my family and/or friends.

On both of my visits here I was forced to wait in the lobby for over 45 minutes just to be brought to a room and wait over another 30 minutes, even thogh I had an appointment and only saw 2 other patients in the office the entire time. Expect to wait! The doctors here also come across as very arrogant. Save yourself time and frustration and go somewhere else!!!
