I was the first appt, showed up 15 minutes early. I had another important appt so had to leave by 8:45 which was plenty time. At 8:00, Dr Yu wasn’t there. 8:30 rolled around, he still wasn’t there, so I just left. The girl in the back said I could reschedule at the front desk, I replied, that won’t be happening. I like Dr. Yu. He is straight forward with his care. I find the staff very helpful and everyone is very professional.
He is a very good orthopedic surgeon i have been saying him since 2011
My appointment that should have only been 30mins max turned into 2 hours. I saw him all for 10mins out of the entire time. When I explained all of my symptoms and my previous diagnoses he was able to understand some of it but then when I asked for a specific xray it was a problem, and then he asked me what symptoms did I have that I would need the specific xray for, and I just got done explaining.
