DR Strickland and his wonderful staff are amazing. They are friendly, thorough and beyond competent. I was extremely lucky to find them. They finally pinpointed the cause of my strokes and fixed my PFO valve. What more can I say besides 'THANK YOU'.
Dr Strickland is very thorough, sifting through all the tests and data available. Office moves a little slow, but quality outcome is worth the wait.
I was referred to Dr. Strickland by my cardiologist for a potential heart valve issue. He diagnosed my issue as a 'failing valve', further impacted by a condition I did not know I had--a bicuspid valve. Ultimately, my situation led to surgery, a heart valve replacement using a less-intrusive technique via my Femoral Artery to emplace the new valve. I appreciated how his nurses explained and answered my questions. Dr. Strickland also explained in detail my issues and patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions regarding treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Strickland.
So I’ve been with Dr. Strickland for awhile now and I can’t say anything but good things about him. Dr. Strickland has shown me the upmost respect. Dr. Strickland has always been professional and caring about my condition. Dr. Strickland listen’s to what I have to say about any questions or concerns I maybe having. Dr. Strickland an his team takes very good care of me every time I go to see them. I will recommend Dr. Strickland to everyone that has a need for anything heat related.

Dr Strickland took additional time to review all of my medications with me- not just the ones that pertain to his specialty. Discussed how some of my medications might be causing my problem. He explained things in a way I could understand.
I had a PFO closure and was very scared due to a previous stroke. Dr. Strickland explained every single thing he would be doing and the recovery. He is a very caring doctor and made me feel comfortable. Right after my procedure he talked to my family and explained everything to them. He is the 3rd cardiologist I have seen and I will stay here as long as he is in practice. A+ doc.
Dr. Strickland was my father's physician for ten years. He was kind and caring and provided excellent health care for him. He devotes a large part of his life to his patients. He made a special trip at 10:00 pm to check on my dad in ICU, put his arms around my mom and me, and told us he was not going to survive this time. He told us what we needed to do/ know to prepare us for what was coming. I even caught him crying privately as he left us. This is the kind of doctor everyone needs. We ?? him
