The Dr Banta and his team were God sent. From the front desk, nurses( Veronica , Lily, and Venessa, MAs, and other staffs were amazing. They are part of my healing. However, the new front desk at the new location is quite the opposite. Seems like they are lack of compassion and professionalism to communicate with cancer patients.
Dr. Banta still takes care of me 5 years after I was diagnosed. His staff during my chemo was outstanding and continue to be even now with my twice yearly infusions. Very caring compassionate staff.
It was exactly 1 year from today that I was diagnosed with Cancer. Then 3 weeks went, fighting with insurance provider and being bounced around by 2 other physicians, before finally being able to get my 1st appointment with Dr. Banta. I feel blessed to be under his care. He is very compassionate and just a very genuine good soul. Now a year later, after all the chemo, radiation, and surgery, although I am not completely out of the woods yet, I am in such a very good place compared to last year. every since they moved to new site as a private contractor to desert oasis now noone answers the phone and lets the answering machine get it, very convenient for the over worked office staff, and then they never call you back. Good luck
