I had cleanings, X-rays, exam, fillings, 1 extraction, retainers and bleaching done. dr. Tsai is incredible. going there now since 2005.
I have seen Dr Tsai for a few procedures. She and her staff are very helpful, professional, friendly and sensitive to my needs. I've been very pleased with the overall results. She is thorough and very concerned about my comfort. She takes the time to really explain what she's about to do each step of the way.
One night, I had a crown come off while I was flossing. The next day I called 3 offices before I came across Dr. Tsai's office. The receptionist made time for me the same day. I was blown away when I entered the office; I've never seen an office this beautiful; I thought I was in a spa. Every staff member was very friendly and showed a sincere concern for my comfort.
