Recently, I had a family emergency on the morning of my previously scheduled check up. The emergency was quite sudden and, therefore, I was unable to reschedule. But, when I arrived at Dr. Gutierrez's office I explained my situation to the very nice receptionist (sorry, I don't remember her name) and she took time to ask him if I could do that. Great bedside manner. Very willing to answer questions about your health and recommended treatment. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a clinically sound and personable physician.
very knowledgeable and kind.
She looks after my older teenagers. Very good and caring doctor. Her nurses also give good advise over the phone when doctor is unable to see you (ie. when my son was sick with a flu and she had left for the day).
